re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
We weren't trying to trade AH all offseason either. I think if the right offer comes a long teams listen. Maybe he won't be traded. Maybe he will.
If it's just us trading with the Titans then the Titans definitly need to sweeten the pot. I don't know much about Britt but he doesn't seem to be a top tier WR and here we would be supposedly giving the Titans a top tier DE.
Well that's what happens when you wait to trade for AH at the 11th hour. The whole "not passing the fitness test" saga and the other crap that happened during training camp didn't help either. Once again, MS should've cut his loses and traded him during the draft or before camp started. |

LOL chill out mredskins.. He's a new guy

re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Oh...btw...I keep forgetting Devin Thomas is on the roster...
So yes,we would definately have to cut Williams, but then we would have 52 and would be signing someone. (won't carry 7 WR's) lol Probably Fat Al's replacement.. |
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
If we can get a 2nd or a 3rd for him we should take it at this point...I mean if we aren't going to play him...might as well get good value you for him...agree?
|
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
I'd take that
In a heart beat. It actually is something of value for him. |
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Sorry, AH does not get what he wants (outta here) unless and until we get what we want (something of value or 21 million). AH cashed the check. Shanny owns his ass and, if that's a distraction to some, I get the feeling Shanny doesn't care. Better yet, watch what happens to guys who become malcontents or "distracted". You don't play well, you sit and watch your value, UFA contracts, and glory disappear as other hungry to play step up.
If AH can't get with the program, Keyshawn his ass. Not like we're going to get our money's worth outta him.
I agree...unlessw e can get some value his ass ought to be handled. It's one thing to be a doucheturd...it's a whole other thing to screw around and play properly. |

I hear you but new or old people need to hold off on the Breaking News threads until it is actually breaking news. We are going into the season and we tend to forgot how quickly this forum can become a patchwork of false information very quickly. |
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
The only breaking news here is that we have another BHA in the house in the form of aceinthehouse.
When did BHA EVER say we were going 14-2??? |

Haynesworth angered coaches when he missed halftime meeting to discuss defensive adjustments and review photos of Cardinals' blocking scheme 9 minutes ago via web Retweeted by FO_DougFarrar and 2 others How in the He** do you miss a halftime meeting?? Maybe he was in the bathroom? He should get a prostate exam, excessive or frequent urination is a bad thing! |
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Mortensen reported that during halftime of the last preseason game, the coaches couldn't even find Haynesworth. He also said Shanahan is just about at his threshold of frustration with this guy.
At this point I'd be pretty surprised if Haynesworth plays for this team this year. I'd love to hear that turdburger try to justify his actions this offseason/preseason. He's such a loser. Get him outta here. Like yesterday. |
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Come on, you're not getting anything more than a 5th rounder for him. Why would the Titans trade a talented young receiver and a draft pick for him? Shoot, if I were the Titans I would be asking the Redskins for a draft pick to go along with Haynesworth. If it is as bad as it is being reported the Redskins just might cut him and the only team that seems to care to want to get him is the Titans...you sit and wait for his release.

re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
At this point they just have to unload him this week, hopefully by sunset.
|
re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
If these rumors are true, whoever the lame ass, whore of a mole inside source that is leaking this information to the press is doing us a serious disservice in our attempts to trade AH.

re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
The Cowboys will be here in 4 days folks, we have to cut him or trade him. The first thing the sideline reporters will ask Shanny during half-time is about Haynesworth.
Does he really want this thing hanging over his head with those chumps coming to town? |
