General Tso's Chicken from Hong Kong in Lexington, Virginia.

This is my death row meal (aside from requesting to eat the electric chair). It's total trash food and I love it.

Yoplait yogurt and granola.

Damn good football fans and great yogurt.

I didn’t get around to making chili this winter, but did so this past week and it was fucking phenomenal.

Along with ground round beef, black beans, 3/4 onion diced, Tex-mex chili powder blend with 14 ounce San marzano whole peeled tomatoes in he crock pot....I had frozen half a smoked sirloin steak left over from a month ago which I thinly sliced and then diced added to the pot.

Wow made such a difference and added a nice smoke kick

Sour cream and shredded cheddar on chili...I mean if you have the muchies, throw that on tortilla chips for nachos....Boom, it’s over. Cold Great Return IPA from hardywood...heaven

Randomly bought pork and tried grilling it for the 1st time. Turned out pretty good. Never really thought about pork as something to grill.

Anyone try grilling fish? Might try that next.

I would suggest only thick cut fish like salmon or tuna steaks, but both are delicious. Blacken tuna steaks recipes…I’ll flip salmon and get grill marks on top too. You always have to be careful though

I pretty much only eat salmon at home when I have fish. So that's what I would be grilling.

The Mrs use a little trick and it seems to work. She slice's a lemon and lays down some slices on the grill and puts the Salmon on the lemon slices and cooks it like that . Has the lemon zest but doesn't stick to the grill.

I'm a chunky monkey. I'll gladly eat either tho. PB is a life treasure.

I hadn't had biscuits in forever. Man, even plain, they taste good. Gotta keep those in the rotation.

JFC…

Biscuits are the undisputed Alpha of breakfast bread. English muffins are for bitches

Side note, that shit looks gross. Peanut butter on bread, crackers, apples, etc. but a hot biscuit? Just no

And if im being totally honest Chico may have made me see it in a different light. It is too much pb. Like gravy u would want smothered on there. PB not so much. Maybe split them open and pb and j in the middle after toasted?

I disagree, just because biscuits can be iffy it's not hot and crisp with a fluffy interior. Sometimes my family will just throw some frozen biscuits in the oven - those are crap.

Give me a piece of buttered toast made on 9 grain/21 grain/Dave's Killer Bread though. Crack

Had some old bay seasoned virginia peanuts recently, very good but a little too salty if you have too many. Old bay chips are awesome too.

Haven't had the chips but Old Bay wings are growing in popularity around here for good reason. Wegmans sells them along with a number of different pizza joints.

I made some yesterday with Adobo/Old Bay - crack. Stick them in the oven on that pan with the racks on top and they come out perfectly crisp. Just as good as fried imo.

Old Bay has made it to upstate NY, weird.

As a resident of MD I am kind of over Old Bay, I prefer JO seasoning.

Old Bay seasoning has been on store shelves here as long as I can remember.

Oh right you have UTZ up there as well.

Lot of crab places down here don't steam them in old bay; they either have their own seasoning blend or use a smaller less known brand.
