jackson just isn't good at throwing. the ball comes out of his hand funny cause he is always throwing ducks. his ball doesn't have tight rotation. his two picks cost the ravens the game, and me $200 :-(

i just don't see baltimore going long term with him.
Greg Roman system created Lamar Jackson just like he created Colin Kaep. Outside the system they struggle in orthodox passing offenses

Haha! I'm sorry he cost you money, and his turnovers (one of ''em inside the Steelers' five yard line) likely cost Baltimore the game.

IMO, he isn't a long term QB for the Ravens, and he'll probably continue to cost them when the competition is tough.

@Chico: Jackson still has a ways to go in the passing game. He actually is a hindrance to the Ravens' offense against formidable opponents.

Awwww, man! This is akin to a razor blade on the gonads. If we can chew gum and walk straight then we can win this shitty division.

I definitely think COVID, no preseason, not much off season, has impacted the teams with new coaching staffs, or a lot of personnel turnover.

San Fran is a mess...that defense drove the Sb run last year. With it back to average, the team isn’t impressive

Unless you are a fan of one of the teams in the NFC East then there is no reason to watch. Didn't even turn that garbage game on.

What was all that all about? Seemed totally unprovoked?

He's an idiot. Hurt his team bigtime there. Score tied 13-13 in the 4th quarter. Bears would have had 3rd and 5. Because of this clown they faced 3rd and 20. Didn't make it, punted, and Saints drove for the game-winning field goal. If I were the Bears, he'd be cut today.

Eddit: Correction: Saints did drive down and kick a field goal to go ahead after the incident, but the Bears were able to kick a game-tying field goal in the last seconds. Bears lost in overtime. Point stands that Wims may well have cost his team their best shot at winning the game. Dumb move.

Russel Wilson's kinda fake slide that drew a controversial penalty on 9ers Jimmie Ward.

I think we talked about this last week, some QBs (Mahomes, Jackson) seem to use defenders hesitation to touching them to their advantage like faking or delaying going out of bounds to get a few more yards since the defenders hold up not wanting to draw a flag on a sideline hit.

or sliding late or waiting until the last second getting as much yards as possible before late sliding right in front of a defender.

Im glad this is being talked about. I think we drew a 15 yard penalty when one of our guys hit Daniel Jones when he was kinda diving forward vs sliding. refs gave him protection for some reason.

I think QBs should have to slide early if they want protection. I dont think you should be able to slide if a defender is within a 2 yard circumference of you.

Also noticed it seems like they are spotting the ball where the QB slides ends vs before they would spot it right where the Qb first starts his slide.

I'm pretty sure NFL QBs get the same protection whether they are sliding feet first or head first, and the ball should be spotted where the slide began - wherever the ball is when the first body part (other than the feet) touches the ground. If a ref spotted it at the end of the slide, it was a bad spot.
