Re: Around the NFL Week 9
No name scrub Receiver for the Chargers makes a diving catch for a big gain. Anyone making excuses for our WRs not catching balls that were a little off are idiots. Professional receivers are paid to make difficult catches. Any dude can get off his couch to catch a perfectly thrown ball.

I think we need physical receivers...even Davis, who has the size, hasn't done a good job at using his physical advantage over smaller DBs. I do wonder if Hank is concern about his injury, but yeah he needs to be more physical too. |

RG3 threw three touchdown passes on one drive last week. Our WR needs to step up. Robinson gets another shot Sunday..needs to play big. Hankerson just does not look comfortable running it per catching. Paulsen has been the most reliable target, but is not beating anyone with speed. Griffins balls are usually right on target and the receivers rarely have to make a circus catch...Problem is they are dropping the gimmies. |

If this game was on Monday Night, I'd totally make that recommendation on your behalf |

Cool story of a former Sooner demarco Murray, apparently he's in a video game store and over hears a kid asking for a game to his mother, the mom said no we can't afford the game. Demarco tells the cashier to put the game on his tab. Pretty damn classy if u ask me.
In case you need a refresher course, the Redskins brought in Rackers to challenge Gano for the starting position. On August 27, Washington cut Rackers, which seemingly gave the job to Gano, but the following day, Gano was Ga-gone when the team signed Cundiff. Just over a month and a million missed kicks later, the 'Skins released Cundiff and signed Kai Forbath. So what have we learned from all of this? The Patriots apparently don't realize how bad Redskins kickers can be. But nobody tell them that. It'll be funny.
:laughing- |
