Yes, just like Gaffney had a career year with Rex and Beck. Bad QB playing from behind all the time has to throw to someone. He's nice. He declined 7 years for $35mil from the Colts, so I'm interested to see what he cost us.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Redskins are "on the verge" of signing free agent WR Josh Morgan.

It's expected to be a two-year deal. Like Pierre Garcon, Morgan is one of the league's most effective per-play receivers after the catch. I like Garcon as a player and teammate a lot more than Jackson plus I'm sure he'll end up being a few million cheaper. And he is about 3 years younger.

My choice for which receiver to sign was Colston, then Garcon. With Colston re-signing with the Saints, the Skins got my next favorite choice.

Damn it feels good to be genuinely excited about Redskins football again!

I really thought that the Redskins were going to land Vincent Jackson. But I am content with the signing of Pierre Garcon. As for Josh Morgan, I haven't seen him play a lot. This could spell the end for David Anderson and Anthony Armstrong.
