I'm a little surprised AP is going to play. I expect a huge day from AP. Dude's gonna be berzerk.

Lets just say he's not (or was not) the most responsible dude when it came to his kids. He has a child that lives here in Norman as well and I bet he hardly ever comes to see the kid. But again I feel for the 2 year old and for the family. That's a terrible shitty circumstance

Sounds like he has a case of the Travis Henry's.

^AD was a friend of my brothers while he was at OU, he came over to our house quite a bit, I mean he was your typical college athlete but the guy is just not very responsible and always got out of trouble because of his status at OU.

Please explain Randle of the little guys falls last nite they rule him down, RG3 goes down against the cubs they rule it a fumble.

2 things, one he may have been touched, I don't think they ever really ruled on that, but more importantly, Randle was down, kinda got back up and slammed the ball down in frustration. Griffin dove, and in the act of the dive the ground caused the fumble. Given that in that case the ground CAN cause a fumble, something I always remember hearing couldn't happen :(, For the lack of a better explanation, Griffin didn't complete the act of the dive. If he had gotten up and dropped the ball it would not have been a fumble, but he didn't and it was.

It's just a dumb rule, but it was done correctly both times. And I am pretty sure my paragraph is as convoluted as the rule itself.

Just tragic on every level. I'm pulling for ap and his family. Prayers for everyone involved.

I just don't understand how this woman leaves her son with such a damn psycho. There is no excuse. Lock him up.

Lavar asked a great question today:

If Adrian Peterson were to go and kill the guy who did this to his son, and you were put on the jury to convict AP, would you be able to convict him?

Damn, just hearing that Junior Seau's 36 year old brother Tony died of a heart attack. Horrible tragedy for the Seau family

Chico23231 10-11-2013 09:59 PM

Re: Around the NFL Week 6

You would have to convict him but sentencing is where it would get interesting. Judge would hold the key. We have laws to protect everyone, even the guilty. Mob rules?

Re: Around the NFL Week 6

Well, convict the child killer or either life with absolutely no parole, or death.

If AP kills him, temporary insanity.

Not sure where this comment would go, but every time I catch part of a 'bama game Vinny Sunseri makes makes some kind of play. Not sure how he projects to the NFL, websites have him rated around the 3rd or 4th SS, but I would not mind seeing him in a Redskins uni.

Re: Around the NFL Week 6

Is Eli just in some kind of funk right now or could he have peaked and now we are watching the downside of his career begin?

I have only the utmost respect for the Manning Brothers, it is amazing that Peyton is 38 years old and still playing like a young man. Has Eli peaked? Or will this work itself out?

Somebody said the other day that Eli is on pace to have 30 interceptions this year. Will the giants bench him before it gets that bad and its clear the season is over?
