The 6th? I don't think he's buried that far. By all accounts he's been the most pleasant surprise of the WRs so far during camp. |

Well, look at who's ahead of him Moss Gaffney AA Hankerson He's 5th at best |
Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Preseason Pre-Game Thread
Per John Keim
WR Niles Paul. Has stood out because of his consistent hands. He’s a physical player and is as anxious as anyone to show it on the field. I like that he pesters WR coach Keenan McCardell for more reps/time. He needs to polish his routes. On pace for: Practice squad/No. 6 WR spot. Long way to go but had a good opening two weeks. Needs to make plays on special teams in the preseason. Right now he’s behind guys like Terrence Austin and Donte Stallworth. But can you keep Stallworth as a fifth or sixth WR if he doesn’t play special teams. Don’t think so. Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Preseason Pre-Game Thread
But you know how it goes- someone we're high on right now will all of a sudden show us nada over the next four weeks and get cut, and someone who's totally off everyone's radar will show out and make the team.

I want to see Bowen earning his money, Kerrigan letting loose. I miss Gregg Williams.

Now he's going to possibly result in us cutting a promising young receiver just so we can repeat the Joey Galloway experiment. |

Speaking of. We need to get a Preseason Hero thread going. Who will be this year's Marko Mitchell? |
This game will not be televised will it? If anyone has a streaming website link please pm it to me.
Its probably not on in richmond, its not on live full coverage in baltimore. But im sure it will get some time on the NFL network where they bounce around from game to game then the full game is on the NFL network at 4 pm saturday like matty said. Did people in the DC area get the full ravens game last night on CSN? Looking forward to the D, new additions, just some football and firing up the grill! woot woot! |

By reports you could argue him as the 5th true WR but that doesn't include what we and the media don't see/pick up on. |

Doubt he even makes the team unless he plays his ass off in these games or someone gets hurt. As Keim says do you keep him as a #5 who doesn't even play ST? Doubt it. |
Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Preseason Pre-Game Thread
I'll probably miss the game because my TV has obstructed viewing. If I can see the game I'm more interested to see what the O can do more then the D. I love to see our line play tough against their starters and see us move the ball on them. Also interested to see what Rex and Beck can do.

I can't seem to figure out if Kerrigan is playing tonight or not, anyone know?

I heard that not only is he going to play, but that he's going to play quite a bit. He needs reps big time, particularly from a pass coverage standpoint. |
