And Tebow got robbed of the Heisy this year.
Yeah weird that he got the most 1st place votes and still finished 3rd. It's all good though. Heisman winners who play in the national championship game are 1-5. So I tip my hat to Sam Bradford for a great year, and wish him nothing but the worst on the evening of January 8th. :)
I'm so glad the Ravens crapped all over the media orgy that was the last game at Texas Stadium...that flawed building for that flawed franchise. Sadly, the Redskins still haven't shown any type of urgency or motivation to win. But I guess until we lose again, we're not out. As I said, I'd like to see Campbell play a playoff game.
No doubt. The stupid friggin media loves Dallas so much. It was so great hearing the Cowboys getting booed in the waning moments of Texas Stadium. Just plain awesome.
That was a perfect way to close out that stadium. I loved every minute of it.
Me too!!!

Btw, as far as playoffs go, it does not matter what Dallas and Philly do, because one of them is certain to finish ahead of us.

Right now:
Philly 8-5-1
Dallas 9-6
Washington 7-7....

So even if we beat Philly that leaves us with:
Dallas 9-6
Philly 8-6-1
Washington 8-7

So even if we beat SF to get to 9-7, either Philly or Dallas is going to get a win next week and finish ahead of us.

To make the playoffs, we would have to win out, Chicago would have to lose one and Tampa & Atlanta would have to lose out (And they play Oakland and St Louis next week)...so long story short its not going to happen, I'm just praying neither Philly or Dallas makes it in... I can live with the Giants, I really am not bothered by them at all. In fact, I'll probably be pulling for them in the NFC.

Les Miles is the new Larry Coker. LSU has turned into garbage.
im sorry but ur the most narrow-minded, negative, jackass on this board.

and its funny.

just TRY to be optimistic. i'll just be happy to be in the stadium n shit
Someone has to play the foil in here. I mean if everyone was so happy all the time, the board would get boring now wouldn't it. Usually I am playing devil's advocate, with the exception of the last several weeks in here. This franchise is really at a fork in the road with regards to its future. Somebody at the top of the organization better get a solid plan in place for getting it on track for a change. And yes, I do try to be funny about it!!!!! Sad thing is the shit I say more than likely ends up to be gospel truth. Go figure!!!!!!

For pride.

For Zorn.

For any chance in this season.

For the fans.

Yeah right win for pride, good one!!!!! Should be playing for more than pride every game. Bastards are paid a huge sum of money to perform, not go out like bitches. And remember, our winning percentage at Fedex is horrible this season, so home field doesn't mean squat for us. I will just be thankful when the season ends. THen again I probably will be happy for the '09 season to end also. We are in for some ugly times ahead!!!!
Wow what a fan! We need more like you. Go cheer for the cowboys.

I think people that actually commit the time to joining and participating in a fan site should naturally have a tendency to believe perhaps a bit more than others. The likelihood is that it's a long shot to make the playoffs, the reality is that we still have a shot. Still, if you (the collective you) are going to be part of this board why not get a little excited about game day and what the possibilities are. I prefer to look at things one game a time, but I can't begrudge someone otherwise.

"So this stadium does close out with a loss and it closes out with Dallas Cowboy Fans BOOOING their players off the field." - Rich Eisen

That made my weekend right there! I mean, we had to hear it from all of the Dallas announcers and commentators on ESPN and the NFL Network. We had to hear that Dallas is the greatest team in the league. It has a "Superbowl Defense". Blah Blah Blah Blah.

And then wham, 77 yards up the gut! That wasn't enough though. Dallas wanted more..........80 yards on the next one!

"Man, you have GOT TO BE KIDDING.........." - Deon Sanders as a Raven's running back was breaking their second run for a touchdown.
