Re: Osi Done For The Year
Either they get Strahan back or pickup one of our cut players, that could include Chris Wilson (I hope not).

Well, Kiwanuka is a natural DE, but then who plays OLB?
Yeah I thought about that. I have no clue how yalls depth at LB is but I'm pretty sure I heard in the last few weeks about Goff and Chase Blackburn being dinged up. Kiwanuka at DE could work I guess. |

I dont see Strahan coming back though and if he decides to, more power to him. He's out of shape at this point I would say, at least out of playing shape. They're hoping that Wynn will step up. |

HAHAHA, sweet! If they are leaning on him, they are gonna fall over! |
Re: Osi Done For The Year
Bottom line-Giants are fucked. Their D lives and dies with the pass rush.

No worries....just plug in wynn. Good Luck OR NOT |
That's all I'm saying. I dont ever want to see people injured on a personal level but like you said, I wont mind not having to worry about him this year.
I'm with you...it's nice not having to deal with him, the only thing that stinks about this is: 1. I don't like seeing anybody get hurt. 2. He was on my fantasy team. 3. The Giant fans (at least the ones I know) were really cool last year during the whole Sean Taylor situation so I hate seeing something bad happen to them. |

Re: Osi Done For The Year
I would rather beat a team w/their best players, and I wish all the players could stay as healthy as players in other sports, but that's not the way it is.
I thought the g-men would struggle this year before this happened, now it looks even more like they're on course for a tough year. They do have good depth w/Kiawanuka & Tuck at DE, those guys are much better than most teams' starting DEs, but Osi is probably their MVP. Huge loss for them, but based on last night's game, they're still good enough to beat us in 11 days. |

Plus they're in the New York media circus... I could see them having a very average year. And that's fine. |
Re: Osi Done For The Year
Wait a minute, Kiwanuka still plays for the Giants.
You guys are talking about Kawika Mitchell. He's a linebacker. |

He was drafted last year (or the year before) as a DE. Last season, they moved him to OLB.
the Giants are slowly but surely loosing their swagger for this upcoming season...first Strahan and Shockey now Osi...who's next Pierce? They realy are becoming a boring team.
First Strahan retired,Shockey was traded and they did ok with out him(won a super bowl) and a few others last year ,the'll move on.How's Jason Taylor? |

Jason Taylor has a sprained knee. He will only be out 10-14 days. |
Re: Osi Done For The Year
Bad deal for the Giants. We're lucky that Jason Taylor isn't in the same situation. As much as I dislike the rest of the NFC east I wish him a full recovery.
