Getting back to this for a second. Saturday night I was having trouble sleeping (shockingly not due to my children) and I was watching something but they made screwdrivers so I was like that is a good idea.

I took a pint glass added 3 shoots and filled with OJ and some ice. God it took everything I had to get it down. Something about vodka that has such "gasoline" like aftertaste that I just hate. IT would have been easier for me to just do 3 shots of tequila without a chaser then that screwdriver.

So with that said I am proud of Giantone.

I've never been punched in the face that hard but have gotten hit in the head while sparring with a friend with boxing gloves and have experienced a little of that dazed and confused feeling. Lol, kid probably didn't even know where he was.

I mean fighting in and of itself is terrible but good for that kid standing up for himself. Hopefully he doesn't let it go to his head and become a bully himself.

It's obviously a personal choice but I think fighting is actually good as long as it's controlled. Sparring, football hooliganism, things like that where there's a mutual and prior agreement.

Out on the street, drunk Frat guy or high Gang-Banger style, no. It's not.

It won't surprise anyone on this board that I'm on double-digit concussions going back to my teens. Three 'out-colds' and at least 7 or 8 stars and WTF's....

EDIT: All three 'Out-colds' were in the military, if that makes any difference.

i think i may have had a least one concussion in pop warner, 0 diagnosed. when i was 9 i blacked out, when i came to, the play was over and i had a personal foul called on me. they said it was a late hit
