Nope , I saw a video which doesn't show everything people were saying about it and said that the guy could have done a suicide by police ,not unheard of ,he did threaten to kill police ,why not just give up if you don't have a death wish ? |

A sane person sees what looks like an argument between the cops and this guy (and yeah the guy should know don't try really arguing with cops save it for court if it's that bad). The guy agrees to come down and starts down. The cops flashbang him without warning or provocation, and sic Rin-Tin-Tin on him. The guy pulls out one or two knives. There's a standoff while the handler pulls the dog back. The guy pivots away from the cops, and that's when they shoot him in the back.
This video is clearer to see, skip to nearly halfway through it for the footage. [YT]JmU4mw2HaeI[/YT] But you said it was suicide by police.
Update .... I'm sure Giantone has some excuse for this douche bag as well. |

From listening to the early part of the video it seems like guy might have some mental issues. He may have had a knife but he wasn't advancing and the cops were at a safe distance, they need to be fired at the least. I went through Albuquerque 4 times when moving a few years back, got in an argument with a gas station cashier who tried to short change me $20. I told her I wasn't leaving and told her to call the cops. Glad the manager looked everything other and sided with me and gave me another $20 back. I would hate to get shot in the back and bit by a dog over $20. |
(snip) is a joke .
(bold mine) Is this really your standard reaction to anything that refutes what you believe?
Skip about halfway thru the video, and you get to the actual footage. (If you click and drag along the slide bar at the bottom of the youtube vid, you get a little preview window where your mouse cursor is. So you can see and skip directly to where the cam footage starts, and skip the commentary I know you won't listen to anyways. The video shows a clearer view of the victim with the spotlight on him. You can see he turned partly around, right before they shot him in the back. |

Why the hell did they flashbang him when he was finally following their instructions? Because he was still arguing? |
Come on, chaps. Just do what the nice policeman says, be a good sheep.
We need military strength to curtail gun violence?
You make no sense. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk
According to his stats,
Every day in the U.S., an average of 289 people are shot. Eighty-six of them die: 30 are murdered, 53 kill themselves, two die accidentally, and one is shot in a police intervention, the Brady Campaign reports.
Apparently we need the military style equipment to prevent suicide. Imagine, if mental health was taken seriously enough to reduce suicides and suicidal behavior, gun fatalities would fall over 60% - WITHOUT NEW LAWS OR CHECKS. |

Making an old lady who could not breath die in the back seat of a parked car, sounds like they may have saved her is it wasn't for the stupid cop. What was stopping him from giving her a code 3 ride the last mile to the hospital? |
