I'll say this - it's wild to me how much momentum RedWolves has all of a sudden as a possible new name for the Redskins. I'm pretty sure it was all Fred Smoot's idea, and we will have him live on our show tonight. Should be fun.

Agreed. It's a football team, not sure why we have to honor anything. Do anything you want off the field charity wise, that's what is truly honorable. But a team name doesn't have to be this holier than thou thing.

I am now leaning towards Redwolves for that reason, it's an animal and a wolf is bad ass

I'm not on board with them changing the name but I know it's going to happen,but why give up the native american imagery? :banghead: Name the team the Warriors and put the arrow back on the helmet

I think what NA imagery refers to is the current logo on the helmets.
