Re: Around the league divisional weekend
What is his overall record again. I can take any set of stats and make them look worst then what they are. Look at the entier picture and not just a couple of pixels.
Manning is number one all time in one and dones he has eight the next player has 4... But Brady is about to have the all time record for playoff wins, the numbers speak for themselves. Almost 300 yards and two touchdowns without their best offensive weapon. I always say this... Everything Peyton Manning has done Tom Brady has done... Peyton Manning has not done everything Tom Brady has done.
No it doesn't. You are again forgetting that Brady was backed by a top 5 PPG defense and Manning was not. Defense reigns supreme in the playoffs. Very few exceptions. |

good lord...bye Houston
After this loss, the Texans need to go ahead and fire Kubiak and start trying to find Schaub's replacement. That guy isn't going to take them anywhere.
I think Tony romo is better and I'm being serious |

I would take Tony Romo every day of the week before I would Schaub. Kubiak has used up his 9 lives. Time to move on from him and get some fresh blood in there. He's had ample time to get it done. |

You're arguing with Gisele Bunchden My god I hate it Jim Nantz, first he gets Gus Johnson to not get resigned by CBS, and now every patriots game he does he clearly shows who his favorite team is and that he is good buds with Belichick ("just to show you how great of a coach Belichick is he doesn't even react when his team scores!") |

I'd keep Kubiak and get a new QB |
Re: Around the league divisional weekend
Overall, after a season the Texans had, neither Schaub or Kubiak aren't going anywhere. And Romo is not better than Schaub...

Re: Around the league divisional weekend
Romo is better than Schaub. Probably is better than Flacco.

Good call Smoot. Frauds indeed. |
Re: Around the league divisional weekend
On a side note this is now 3 consecutive years where we've either beat or swept a participant in the NFC or AFC championship.

Peyton Manning loses in the playoffs Tenn 16-19...19/42 227 yrds 0 touchdowns @ Mia 17-23... 17/32 194 yds 1 touchdown @ NYJ 0-41... 14/31 137 yards 2 interceptions @ NE 14-24... 23/47 237 yards 1 TD 4 Interceptions @ NE 3-20... 27/42 238 yards 1 Interceptions Pitt 18-21... 22/38 290 yards 1 touchdown Super bowl run... 97/153 3 touchdowns 7 interceptions San Diego... 24-28... 3 touchdowns 2 interceptions San Diego 17-23... 1 touchdown Superbowl... 17-31 331 yards 1 touchdown 1 int (looks like the offense scored a lot but as you remember when the Colts needed a touchdown Manning threw a pic 6). NYJ 16-19... 18/26 225 yards 1 touchdown Baltimore 35-38... 290 yards 3 touchdowns 3 T.O. The only game I see where his defense let him down was the Denver game... except he played bad that game too and had a pic 6, a fumble with the lead, and threw an INT when the Broncos had the ball at midfield. These scores look like the defense came to play but Manning played poorly. People thought Manning didn't have a good defense but in the playoffs the defense would play well, similar to NE last year, by the way the 2nd worst defense of all time was in the superbowl thanks to a Tom Brady. Manning gets all the credit in the regular season but none of the blame during the postseason. The scores of the games he played in speak for themselves. He played poorly. The record and stats show it. |

Don't we normally beat the SB winner during the year? Since we lost to Atlanta, figured it be the Ravens. |
