I know, that's where I found it. ;) |

I think DCPSR may have made some assumptions though. Him being upset about the Eagles rumor for one, I don't think the Eagles rumor is the one that bothers him

Also, here is another source in regards to the JC trade. I presume everyone is feeding off of the same Bleacher Report headline. ... but they site ESPN 980 as their source...

I have a hard time believing he would be upset about hearing he was almost traded. I mean AH is in that catagory, so is JC so has Portis, and Carter so I can't imagine he would be up in arms about a possible trade that didn't happen. Atleast not mad enough to walk out. Unless a trade was made and he's unhappy about where he's going, or they informed him to stay home also like JC. |

If the Redskins plan to move in a different direction, then seeking trade opportunities make sense before losing him for nothing to free agency next year. |
CAN I GET A COMMENT FROM YOU ABOUT WHAT SPECIFIC PLACES GOING WEST MIGHT MEAN?
West of the Rockies? North of California?
i'm assuming he means denver since he said "up" here. its high altitude, out west, and we've been rumored to be trading for Marshall for quite a while. hopefully it pans out. Marshall would instantly make all of our receivers better by making them play positions theyre more suited for (Thomas as #2 and Moss in the slot). Those three plus Cooley and/or Davis and we'd have a rather nice passing attack. With McNabb under center we'd have a legit offense (assuming the line is addressed). i'm more intrigued that Smoot indicated the bleacherreport nonsense may end up being true. a 3rd and 4th to Oakland for Campbell? high picks in each round. very happy for us. very sad for campbell. |
Re: 2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 5)
I don't know for a fact that he left practice because he's upset. I know that the rumor (more than a rumor) has him upset but won't assume that his absence from practice is directly related.
From my past professional experience with Landry, he just doesn't show up whenever he feels like not showing up. And he's not to one really give any reason for it |
