At the risk of sounding like a little bitch right now ... I enjoy Chic Fil As salads.

Re: Food Vices
I knew folks would get fired up about CFA. I just don't get it.
the waffle fries blow; its literally a baked potato. The sandwich is ok but i mean its bread a patty and two pickles. Never ate breakfast there; only taco bell seems weirder to me to go to breakfast for. I am not saying CFA is bad by any means I just don't get the cult like following. In and Out is another that i agree with not being anything great. You know who has really gone downhill and was never great to start, TGIF. How they are still in business selling frozen meals I have no idea. |

Actually i agree, the southwest salad is fairly good. |

Lets be honest, the fast food game has changed. My bougie ass only eats Sweetgreens, Cava and Jersey Mikes as my "fast food".
In the part of San Diego I live in, we have an In-N-Out Burger and Chick-Fil-A. Both have huge lines every minute of the day they are open. Waiting in your car 30 minutes for a sandwich is crazy to me. I don't get the obsession with either of these places.
You pleb. Drive thru lines are so yesterday. I order on the app now and they make it when I get there, in and out in 10 minutes. |

Re: Food Vices
Chipotle is the only fast food I have eaten in the last year or so. It is not bad but TBH I would rather order from a local place. Basically costs the same.

Re: Food Vices
For food vices I have a major one. My grocery store is a local Mom and Pop called Graul's Market. They make this marshmallow filled chocolate covered donuts. Unbelievable.

Re: Food Vices

Re: Food Vices
Since were talking food. lady bought a package of oreos only the genric kind. So they were sitting in the pantry closet for a few weeks. No bodies touched them, they are unopen.
This past Thursday (my 1 late night a week), its like 2 am and im stoned and like 6 beers deep. I figure theyve been there long enough so im allowed to tap into them. Just a taste. I open them and figure I can get away with eating 6 of them. But I just start crushing them. Ate 12 of them just standing there in my kitchen. Inhaling no chewing. I start rehearsing my alibi and figure if she accuses me I can mumble together a string of words implying my daughter had something to do with it. That Saturday .. low and behold .. she had been saving them to make a coworker an oreo cheesecake. Fuck me. She is in there in the kitchen with my daughter and Im sweating bullets on the couch just waiting for some loud voices to come out of the kitchen. I couldnt use the kid excuse because the kid was right there and shes a vocal cunt. Then I heard my lady ask my daughter to count out 26 mother fucking cookies for her crust. 26 freaking cookies? for a crust? Surely Im cooked now. Theres no way theres 26 cookies left, I mean I ate 12 of them and that seemed liked half the package. Somehow, someway ... there was enough cookies plus 2 to spare! My kids pretty dumb and lazy so Im sure once she hit like 11 counting them out, she said fuck it and just guessed from there. saved her pop. |

I would but I'm too cheap for delivery, the fees for Grubhub/Ubereats/etc. are fucking outrageous. Easier for me to just go pick the shit up myself. |

Any sandwich that you also need a fork to eat all of the excess that falls off, is fine by me. Give me that sandwich, a bottle of hot sauce, and a fork, and it's go time. |

Turkey bacon is just awful. While I’m here, turkey outside of thanksgiving just sucks. I’m trying to find an exception to this obvious rule...I think state fair or outdoor carnival/festival type setting then smoke turkey legs are def crushable and a strong suggestion. Maybe you make a mistake an get sliced boars heads turkey for sandwiches is ok once, twice a year...but seriously fuck turkey in general. |

JFC, mredskins your food takes are the most controversial thing on the internet. Coleslaw is a top performer alongside both fried chicken and bbq. |
Re: Food Vices
Generally I wasn't a big turkey fan before but now that I'm trying to eat healthier turkey & rice is a go-to when I don't want to cook anything special and even shredded turkey sandwiches are tasting pretty good now.

Food Vices
Being a vegan I will probably not get a whole lot of agreement here but beyond meats are really fucking good, and their is a new brand called sweet earth that finally makes a bacon that tastes like bacon. They also make kick ass meatballs. I cannot even imagine how hard this lifestyle used to be like even 7 years ago before everyone started doing plant based alternatives.
I do it because of compassion and not necessarily health - though the healthy side effects are welcome. Noticed a few healthy eating comments- some of these substitutes can really help with blood sugar, weightloss, etc. Anyway hopefully the vegan can stay in the thread. Lol I dont push it on anyone btw. Took me 43 years. I buy my daughter whatever she wants to eat. Definitely a decision someone has to make on their own. So let me stay. I fuckin love junk food. |
Wings for me. I have an air fryer and about 10 different hot sauces. Me and my kid make a new recipe every week.
Smoothies in my ninja bullet. Sweetgreens salads.
The air fryer is my best friend. Thing is awesome! And im with chico. Fuck spicy. Those ghost chips are a real bad idea. Threw down a little bag one night i got at 7-11. There was a skull on crossbones on the bag. I was like come on. Anyway ate em so fast that the heat kicked in after i was done. Holy shit. I almost drove to the ER. Not even kidding. |
