It looks like HD to me. Are you on Cox, what channel
Yep it's Cox channel 774. It's not in full HD. I still have the sidebars. For that reason alone, I'm mostly on ESPN. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Is there any way possible Brandon Albert falls to #21?
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
im surprised the skins didnt try to trade up to select Dorsey
seriously? They said they were offered two 1st and other picks and turned it down...we couldnt have matched that offer... |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Is there any way possible Brandon Albert falls to #21?
Possible, but I doubt probable. I think more likely that Williams falls |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
But I wouldn't take Williams.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
When are they going to fix Mooch's mic? Either fix it or cut him off. It's painful to listen to him
Are you watching NFLN......I'm telling. That mic static is very annoying though |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
i wish we could make trades happen like NE . . . you just knew theyd get it done
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Saints come up past the Bengals to get Ellis?
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Are you watching NFLN......I'm telling.
That mic static is very annoying though
LOL. I'm flipping back and forth. I was supposed to be at the draft. But those plans changed |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
so if a trade is announced with one minute left, how much time does the team now have to make a pick? Do they get another ten? just the remaining time? They just show no clock on espn
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I think the team that receives the pick already knows who they want so the clock shouldn't be a concern.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Jacksonville up to 8! wow!
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
The Jags are definitely picking Derrick Harvey.
|
LOL. I'm flipping back and forth. I was supposed to be at the draft. But those plans changed
That sucks, or was it a blessing is disguise? I'd like to go once. As I'm typing the NFLN audio is messed up again. The NFLN engineers better fix their audio, it's not just Mooch. |

this time they have a clock for the jags... |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Get ready for a bunch of o-lineman being selected now.
|

what do you mean no clock? it's on the left hand side |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
The Jags are definitely picking Derrick Harvey.
seems reasonable. also means they wton be selecting an end later in the first now. so that might change whose available to us in the second. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Jacksonville up to 8! wow!
This might be good for us. Baltimore drops down behind us to #26. This might mean a team that needs a qb might try to trade up in frotn of Balt |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Pats get an extra 3rd round pick and will still get the CB they want or Rivers. Always a good job by the Pats.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
what do you mean no clock? it's on the left hand side
when the saints got the pats pick, they did not put up a clock on the left to show how much time they had after the trade. i know in general theres a clock there |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
what id the ravens get for this pick? i missed it
|

I mean now I get to chat with you! :) I hear the draft is painfully boring to attend and I could have gone and been there with all the fans. But the plan was for me to go for "work" and just get a sense of all the behind the scenes operations. I may go tomorrow |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I'll bet the Bungles draft board is in disarray now. LOL.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Probably Keith Rivers for Cincy now
|
I'll bet the Bungles draft board is in disarray now. LOL.
Not Really. I think they had their eyes on Keith Rivers if Sedrick Ellis didn't fall to them. |

Good point |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
So Philips or Campbell need to be selected in teh first round to keep Miamis record streak of years in a row with a first round pick going.... plus USC is starting to get a streak going, but they cant catch us if we keep producing!
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Rubber stamp draft so far
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I think Ohio State is currently #2 behind Miami for 1st round picks.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I don't think a Merling will be there.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I was hoping Derrick Harvey would fall to us, those plans reaaaaaally didn't work out lolol. I'm curious to see what Gregg Williams is going to do with him, I think that's a great pick for Jacksonville.
Bengals just took Keith Rivers. Good pick for them. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Looking good for an OL or WR to fall to us.
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Nice 420 posts!!!

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Why does my 4 month old keep crying every time Keyshawn is on screen?
|
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I don't think a Merling will be there.
Yeah. I could see Carolina, or Tampa Bay taking him before us. |
Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I don't think a Merling will be there.
If not, then one of the top 4 CBs or a top rated OL will fall to us, or we trade down. |
