Kasich - I would have voted for him in 2016 and would in 2020. Seems like the only politician wanting to be moderate and perhaps a president for all states, not just blue or red.

Biden - I will vote for him. The “you ain’t black” comment was just dumb and him shooting from the hip. But it’s a drop in his bucket compared to trumps whose bucket is over flowing.

Moderates just get drowned out in this extreme polar climate.

Exactly! If Biden was running against a squeaky clean, sharp, well spoken guy like a Mitt Romney he would be in trouble. Biden only needs to be sharper and of perceived higher morals than Donald Trump. That doesn't take much.

That was a perfect storm. Trump won because of who he was running against. I seriously doubt there have been two more unlikable candidates for president squaring off in the history of the USA.

I agree, Americans deserve better than to choose between two elderly candidates who Both are clearly showing signs of advanced dementia.

But one appears to be a decent human being with decades of public service, capable of empathy and a constant and repeated speeches of wanting to untie the country.

The other is ... the antithesis of that.

Joe Biden is not an attractive candidate, but the other option is literally the worst piece of shit to ever sit in the Oval Office. A sexist, racist, science-denying moron who openly admires the worst most brutal dictators on the planet, mocks the disabled, calls nazis good people, brags about sexually assaulting women, and fans the flames of racism and ignorance.

His removal from office cannot come soon enough.

Biden is just the pallet cleanser the country needs to calm everybody on both sides down. We just need 4 years of peace and quiet and boredom so the country can ... reset.

Hopefully 2024 will provide Democrats and Republicans BOTH better choices.

I agree BHA, Biden isn't my ideal candidate either. But he's light years ahead of the alternative.

Also Sdskins, I'm definitely not a fan of the optics of that look either, but if the Congressional Black Caucus asked them to do it it's one of those things where I'm uncomfortable either way. I'm glad I didn't have to make that decision lol.
