im pretty sure i had a PE teacher confront me in an empty locker room once, telling me that if i wanted to go we could go. not positive on the details, HS is fuzzy for me. it was something straight out of breakfast club. i remember being freeakin scared shitless thoo that time. i was rotten as a kid, kicked out suspended arrested everything. i deserved what ever i got.[/quote]My son is 16 and can be a real a-h sometimes. However, if an adult puts his hands on him to do anything other than restrain him if he's going after another kid, there will be big problems. Now if my kid takes a swing at an adult and gets popped, I've got no problem there.

I've coached from youth football to the HS level and dealt with some real a-h kids, I've never done anything worse than pop a kid with an open hand on the back of the helmet for not paying attention.

Don't take this the wrong but your last few stories on this board have been way out there.

You remind of guy I use to work with and he would tell these crazy stories every day. It got to the point where me and my buddy would tell a made up story just to see if he could top it (he did of course). Well come to find out he use to work in a video rental story all through college and watch movies through out his shift; we think that he watched so many movies that he began adopting the movies as stories in his life. It was too funny.

I think I know where your coming from. The people that get me are the ones who either don't have kids and don't understand how hard it can be or the ones who have little kids. All I can say is wait till you child reaches their teen age yrs, you know the time in which they know everything and you don't know squat and they refuse to follow your directions, start challenging you, maybe even chest bumping you.

The worse ones are the kids that are spoiled and given just about everything they want. Then when they are around 14-17 and the parents try to punish the kids the kids act as if the parents don't have a right to do it. My first answer to what they should do is beat their kids. LOL. Then I have to give constructive criticism.... start taking away all their crap. You own it not them. You paid for it. In VA all you have to leave your child with is 2 days worth of clothing and a mattress on the floor. I'd take the door of the hinges also.

But, this teacher is done. She needs to get fired. Maybe even let the mother and father of the child have a go at her in a locked room. If she makes it out alive then it was a good day for her.

Allow me to do my best to clarify....

In Virginia legally you can take everything away from your child so long as you leave them with 2 days worth of clothing and a mattress to sleep on.

In other words they don't have to have an Xbox, Playstation, dressers, t.v., cell phone, radio, nothing. All they legally must have is 2 days worth of clothing and a mattress to sleep on. Then I added to humiliate them even further because the house is most likely yours, go ahead and take the door off it's hinges as well and remove it. Why give them any privace at all if they can't give you any respect.

This was my public service announcement. No kids were hurt in the telling of this announcement. ;)

Seriously. 13-14 year kids can be HUGE punk asses, but as an adult and an educator, you have to be able to deal. And it's not like she took one swing in the heat of the moment. She was hovering over him, just teeing off. WTF?? Anyone else notice at the very end of the clip the cameraman panned to the rest of the room, and there were dozens of people just watching? How does someone not step in and put a stop to that???
