According to Redskins.com, head coach Mike Shanahan has said, in English that cannot be misconstrued, misunderstood or misinterpreted, that the big man is going to be wearing the burgundy and gold come September 12, 2010.

That's news? I thought it was obvious after Round 1 of the draft (before then for those of us paying attention). :D

Smoot needs to go down to the ESPN Insider department and slap someone.

"Redskins could get Sharper and Owens."

Then of course the Matt Mosley "Haynesworth" quote that they keep posting over and over again while updating the Haynesworth story. "For the record I could still see this happening." Of course the quote is based on Mosely meeting up with Shanahan at the owners meeting yet they still post it.

Seriously? I can't believe I actually pay for this.

Matt Mosley is only good for Cowgirl news.

Well it's not even Mosely's fault. The folks at ESPN Insider keep posting the same quote from the same article over and over and over and over till my eyes bleed.

Here's the quote in all it's glory.
Matt Mosley
I could still see this happening
"For the record, I still think the Redskins would entertain offers for Haynesworth. I sat at a breakfast table with Mike Shanahan at the owners meeting and heard the tone in his voice when he discussed Haynesworth's decision to skip the offseason conditioning program. He feels like Haynesworth has already defied him in front of the team, and that's part of why he's already tried to trade him at least once."

Has anyone hear that our trade for Jason Campbell is conditional, He has to make the playoffs or the probowl for us to get the pick. Is this true, because if it is that sucks.

I'm thinking that Clayton mixed up the conditions with the 4th/3rd that we'll give up for McNabb next year.. but who knows. Decided to Google around a bit:
