My parents have a friend who kind of lost it over the years but he has no record of any crimes and was able to purchase a hand gun. I don't think he would shot up a place but I could see him having a road rage thing and pulling out his gun. He is fine when he is on his meds but is like a different person whne not taking them. The good new is he moved to another state so they have to deal with him.

Just an update.. likely a home ownership dispute and who knows what else
