Never had to hit the field; sign that our offense will be nothing short of amazing.

OK, I have a question for all the Redskin "gurus" out there. Someone in my office (we will call him "Peter") claims to be a Redskin fan but he willingly admitted to cheering for the cowboys!! Myself (an NFL fan "not the cowboys or giants"), and a co-worker (who is a Redskin fan) quickly revoked his so called Redskins fan card. Peter says he cheered for the cowboys because it was a "special favor" for someone. We told him the "Golden rule" for being a Redskin fan is "NEVER EVER CHEER FOR THE COWBOYS NO MATTER WHAT".

What does everone think? Are we right?

Yes, you arre right. Unless of course a Cowboys win helps the skins playoff chances.

Ummmmmm...Yes!

Re: A Question For The Ages...

What were the circumstances of the said cheering incident? Was this a case where his family was held hostage unless he said "Go [that other team who shall not be named]", Was he about to be dipped slowly into a vat of hot oil? Were his finger and toenails being pulled out one by one?
In all those circumstances clearly his card would not be revoked, as long as there was no evident enthusiasm.
But if this was of his own volition, and had a spark in his voice, and the Skins gain no advantage in the playoff seeding. Then yes his name shall be wiped from the books of Skins Fandom forever.

(Note, he can regain it, by publicly performing 4 Hail to the redskins, naming the Skins SB winning qb stats, and taking a journey to Canton and bowing to the Skins HOF busts, every one!)

No self respecting Redskins fan should ever root for the Cowboys under any circumstances. No excuses. Whoever the Cowboys are playing on Sunday, I'm their biggest fan for those 3 hours.

I think that Dingleberry got a raw deal. It would have been a throw-your helmet-off punter-making-tackle battle through the final pre-season game if they had only given him a shot.

The Redskins will never recover, just like dropping Ramsey and Leigh Torrence.
