This is an interesting subject. We let a bunch of veterans go to make room for all 10 of our draft picks, many of whom are expected to contribute on special teams.

The ST are the worst performing section of our triad. Please tell me one section of the Special Teams playing well?

This was not a blanket "calling for a coaches head". It was a discussion of the problems of this component of our team and whether the coach might be let go.

I hate merging threads unless it's literally the same topic and replies won't get messed up

but on subject, Danny Smith has been looked at as one of the best special teams coaches in the league, but is someone keeping him from changing some personnel or what? ARE needs to leave the PR game.. and I like Rock, but getting to the 25 and maybe 30 just isn't that special anymore, I'll attribute that more to our first line of blocking than rock busting through anything.. has he broken a real tackle this year?
