Re: No costume for Portis!
he had a multicolored tobogan on his head or even looked like a turban.
just call him hot stuff today-no costume today.just a plain interview. he read a response letter concerning his costumes at the beginning. |
Re: No costume for Portis!
He is in costume. He said he was Hot Stuff. Best quotes though, "We don't need me to do this to get motivated. We have enough motivation...one game away from the NFC Championship, two games away from the Super Bowl."

Re: No costume for Portis!
He said he is in character - his name is "Hot Stuff". He said he isn't superstitious, so he's trying to focus on the game, not on the peripheral stuff.

Re: No costume for Portis!
He also said he get hit in practice and that carried over to the game. I couldn't hear the question, so I'm not clear what injury they were talking about.
He also gave Alexander a backhanded compliment: he said that Alexander had a "soft" label on him for years, but look at him now - he's MVP. "If playing soft and running out of bounds gets you MVP, maybe we should all adopt that mentality." I don't think he meant it the way it sounded, but it didn't sound good... |

You might want to try updating your Flash player to version 8 - I'm not positive that's the problem but their video player is all done in Flash so it's a good bet. Flash Player 8 |
