Re: Commanders 2025 Offseason Thread
Price just went up. Jets just paid Garrett $130M over 4 years with $90M guaranteed. Maybe that translates to $30M for 3 years, but still.

Just hope he has a plan for Mclaurin. Mclaurin is serious about this potential holdout. Camp is getting closer. |

This team was so full of holes when he got here. Secondary, Oline, etc etc etc. I still think our improved secondary will help the edge. As far as Terry - well I will just keep praying. Lol. |

Everyone knows how strongly I feel about this. Kinlaw is for all intents and purposes a gamble at this point. PFF currently has Commanders' dline as the 2nd worst entering the 2025 season. https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-2025-nfl-defensive-line-rankings Not going to cut it at all. Improved secondary will help edge, but you still need legitimate pass rushers. |

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
price may have stabilized. Garret is younger, so he has a lower and upper bound between Tee Higgins and Garrett. I doubt Garrett's moved McLaurin's up. Sent from my SM-S711U using Tapatalk |

Top 10 maybe not but certainly top 15. I would be curious how pff graded our line with Fowler at this point last year. Our back 7 will definitely improve. Sent from my SM-S711U using Tapatalk |
Re: Commanders 2025 Offseason Thread
Art Monk’s #81 gets retired during the Seahawks game. Good for Art.

Terry’s interview

Re: Commanders 2025 Offseason Thread
Im just confused about what is going to change between now and camp starting. Id imagine we are aware of what he is asking for right? It is either yes or no….
Is one side bluffing?? |

Is one side bluffing??
According to Terry, no discussions in a month. Time to get talking. The team can structure the contract; so Terry gets paid but it also makes it easier for us to move on from him, if needed in a couple of years. Terry just had his best year with a rookie qb. I can’t see that dropping off, just because he turns 30. |

Re: Commanders 2025 Offseason Thread
I dont see his production dropping off at all either, if had a good quarterback all these years he would be a first ballot hall of famer. I think the best is still to come.
Yeah those numbers sound about right Chico. I will continue to hold my breath. |

They don't want to be working out Terry's numbers when JD5's contract comes up. My guess is that every contract written from this point forward will be evaluated in the light of JD5's extension. That said I am also sure JD5's mom is watching how these negotiations are handled. Sent from my SM-S711U using Tapatalk |
