Winston is about to be in Jail folks lol well maybe
I think he's innocent. The story floating around is the girl got mad cause she was his side piece and he told her not to bother him while his real GF came in town for a visit. Apparently there's a couple of witnesses who back up his story. However, I wonder why it's taking so much time for the DA to make an announcement. |
Well what if we suck again next year? In 2015 we could have a chance to draft Jameis Winston!!!!!!! .. w/out giving up any picks! That kid makes more ridiculous throws than any college QB I've ever seen. Let's suck for Famous Jameis in 2015!
Might as well get Britt, Pacman Jones, Incognito and bring back Donte Stallworth. The politicians can get what they want because we'll then be called the Washington Cowboys with all of these thugs and criminals on our roster. Next coach can be this guy: Football Coach Arrested For Vandalizing Own School To Inspire Team |
If the Rams get the #1 pick in the draft, I will drive to DC myself in a Uhaul and throw Mike and Kyle out of DC myself. Danny won't have to do it.
I would still do this trade 100 out of 100 times regardless of what pick the Rams end up with. This is a QB league and I still believe Griffin will be a franchise QB and the Rams have spent all but one of our picks and still don't have a franchise QB. Maybe our pick this year will turn into one for them but I would rather have Griffin then any QB in this draft. Those 4 picks or Griffins play are not the reason the Redskins are losing. |
What are you talking about Matty, it's all the coaches' fault. Just replace them and everything will be okay.
I know others have bought this to your attention but they do have an little bit to do with the players on the field. They are Shannys guys. Either they shouldnt have been drafted / bought here or they havent been coached up. No way around that. |
You moved straight from the position where you criticized people for not having any faith in the team to correct things right into criticizing people for having any expectations for the team whatsoever.
I have to admit, that was pretty smooth.
Wasn't my intention but ok. More of an observation than criticism with my first point. |

I was being sarcastic in my previous comment. I know the coaches are responsible for a lot of what is going on. But at the same time, my point is that we are not very talented, and that also needs to be fixed. A lot of our current players plain suck and shouldn't be starting on an NFL team. But due to a combination of poor planning (coaches/management) and bad fortune (36 mil cap hit) they are starting. |
Re: Skins Giants postgame
It's pretty clear now that RG3 and the read option covered up a lot of our issues last year. When your QB only throws 5 picks vs accounting for 27 TDs, that will cover up a lot of holes on any team.

Yep and now we don't really run it anymore so RG3 is changing his game and it takes time to learn a new style, plus we just lack the talent on O |

We run it but defenses have adjusted and Griffin lacks that extra gear that made him such a threat last year. He's also a much more careful runner which is good, but it makes him less effective. |

I'm fine w him not running, I'd rather him struggle learning to pass from the pocket then get injured running a college o |
Anyone who pins THIS loss on RG3 is crazy. He played a great game. However, you seem to be brushing with broad strokes. There are games that RG3 has played well and people failed him -- but there are games where he failed the team as well. He's going through the struggles of a young QB. What concerns me, is he seems to have lost the trust/respect of his WRs. Regardless of whoevers fault that is, if it is the case it's bad.
It is the case it looks like. |

I made a list of all the holes that need to be filled. I count about 13 starters and several back ups and ST starters. Its bad. That is a hell of alot more than 36 mill will get you though. Its just a horrendous situation. Im hoping we hit a homerun on a few key pick ups/ draft picks , that Griff is comfortable next year mentally and physically with whatever the hell scheme we are running (or whomever the hells scheme we are running) , and of course that we have a competent staff in place. Than we become a competitive team. A playoff caliber team. You just gotta be in it to win it. |

Sure did. How about that for for a 3rd rounder. No way he was the best OL in the 3rd round. That 3rd rounder needed to be a starter somewhere on the team as many freaking players that we need. |
