Taste like hell but add a table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother, helps with a ton of different things. Has wiped out my Acid Reflux issues. |

Just drink it straight from the spoon? I always hear about A.C.V., but have never tried it myself. |

I do. One tablespoon of it , then a bowl of Honey Nut cheerios with fruit and a glass of diet Green Tea with lemon. |

Just brush your teeth right after because it's hell on your enamel. It's also supposed to help with your insulin levels as well. |
I buy store made fresh dough .. I make homemade dough ... I have the cornmeal on my large board, I proof it, I do everything the internet suggests .. and I can never have it spread out evenly on my pizza stone.
Easiest for me is just buying the pillsbury dough as it rolls out kinda flat. But that doesnt taste that great. -- maybe this thick detroit style where there is no stone but a deep pan will make it easier
I definitely feel your pain with dough making as well...it's a bitch. Just can't ever get it to do right...but again I'm not working with it often either. I really want one of those Uuni Pizza ovens or something like it to make Neapolitan style pizzas, but I'm afraid I'll spend the money, make some pizzas that aren't great...then never use it, and money and time wasted. |

I freaking hate it. My family all take turns trying to get it spread out .. always ends up the 3 of us grabbing edges and stretching it out then the damn holes show up and you have to start all over Im excited about this detroit style .. seems alot easier if I just need to spread it over the bottom of a deep pan vs a scorching hot pizza stone ------- I used to do a shot of apple cider vinegar with mother before lunch. I need to get back to doing it must have "with mother" |

Chick-fil-A is the best chicken sandwich ever. Waffle fries are the best.
Their chicken biscuit are the best as well. Anything else is blasphemy |

Hard to argue with their chicken sandwich...I will say I have had ONE...one chicken sandwich from KFC when they came out with theirs that was really, really good...but Chic-fil-a has been doing it consistently for soooo long! |

In-n-Out Burger and Chick-Fil-A are 2 of the most overrated things in America.

You need to hold yourself in higher regards than the rest of the heathens. Surely you can find a better chicken sandwich in the great city of Richmond. For my money The Glass Onion in Charleston has the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. (SD get yourself to West Ashley when you get a chance). If you have to eat fast food like with the rest of the uncivilized citizens of society then I would say Boxcar Betty's chicken sandwich is vastly superior to Chick fil A |
Re: Food Vices
detroit style pizza came out perfect .. dough was thick but light and fluffy ... but it was like a pizza lasagna. I prefer the NY style
-------------- If rib eyes are on sale, I guess Ill do cheesesteaks for the game and keep the cheesy "food theme" thing going. interesting tip - read a recipe that says freeze the meat for 30 mins or so prior to thin slicing it. |

I don't think I really have a favorite style. Maybe because CA didn't have its own style. As long as the sauce is good, I'm good to go. |

Got alot of relatives in the DC area, as a kid my folks stopped at Ledos once or twice. I was like 8 years old. Fast forward to like 2006 - me and my brother were down at a game and decided we were going to visit that awesome pizza place we remembered as children. What a fuckin disappointment. Lol |

No doubt but there is better pizza in DC area then Ledos. It was really really bad like disgustingly bad. Let’s call a square pizza a grandma pie and ledos a disgustingly bad grandma pie |
Re: Food Vices
Honestly ... buy a pizza stone and make your own pizzas at home.
Comes out really good, really easy to do, you can do whatever you want with it. Ledos - aint bad, its sweet, I have one close but we dont go. it is what it is ... a chain pizza place. I might eat there once every few years. |

Re: Food Vices
Idk, I like Ledos. Better than Dominos or Pizza Hut.
Chicago style sucks, NY style or Detroit style ftw. I don't like the "true" Detroit style though - sauce belongs on top of the dough, not the cheese. But every time I go to Detroit I go to a joint called Buddy's Pizza and I order the Detroiter - legit delicious. I love it so much I looked up a recipe to make it at home, even ordered authentic Wisconsin brick cheese to make it true to the original. It's so delicious just heavy on the calories so you can't eat it every other week. As for Ledos, its alright. Obv you guys don't like it but every once in a while it hits the spot for me. Marco's is rising on my list too, I love old world pepperoni so I'm hitting any joint that offers it. |
