"It's crazy and unfair that something I had very little to do with derailed my relationship with management," Arrington says. "You see they're not marketing you anymore. You see people interacting with other people the way they used to interact with you. I watched how things were with Stephen Davis. I watched how things were with Champ [Bailey]. I saw the same things happening to me.

Seriously what the **** is wrong with this organizaton- the only thing is this news is not surprising nor upseting me.

Im just afraid Greg Williams will be next. Not because of the org. but a head coaching job.

THAT is one of the problems with Lavar Arrington-what a soap opera!

I hate to see him go but I have also watched him miss a boat load of tackles. Those one arm attempts just dont cut it. Hes never in on crucial 3rd downs anyway so If Williams sticks around he'll find a replacement. Hell he already did the first half of the year.

i love lavar but how can he say he had little to do with the derailed relationship?he and his agent signed the contract in good faith and then to drag the whole organization thru this process was really a slap in the face.this is really a life lesson,READ BEFORE YOU SIGN

Lavar brought this attitude on himself. The injury not withstanding.

**** LAVAR IF HE SAID THIS THIS WEEK BECAUSE THIS IS THE SHIT THAT CAN DISTRACT US OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS

**** THE WRITER IF HE HAD THIS INTERVIEW WEEKS AGO AND IS NOW BEING A BITCH

This is not the time for either of them to say shit like this. we are gonna make the playoffs for the first time in 6 years and now instead of the playoffs its all gonna be about lavar this, lavar that.

I don't know how much of this is truly LaVar's sentiments, and how much of it is editing and journalism. I mean no doubt, this guy is hurt over all of this whether it's his fault or not.

We'll see how all this plays out. If the Redskins can get deep into the playoffs, everything may change. You never know.

One thing is for sure, winning can cure a lot of hurt.
