I have no problem with either team playing hard to the final whistle.

As for everything else, that's vintage Parcells. Not exactly any surprises.
I don't have a problem with it other than that I think it was vindictive towards his own players. It is simply too dumb for him to have them out there for no good reason when they could be getting injured. It seems awfully vindictive. The minute gains you get in terms of mental maturity by subjecting them to that are far out gained by the risk of losing a guy for the season when you still have a realistic shot at the playoffs in my opinion. By the way does anyone really think that the players as a whole got anything out of that other than "our coach doesn't respect us"? All it does is cause them to lose respect for him which means the it is over for them.. Is it any surprise that Parcells is always having to blow teams up and bring in a bunch 0f FAs. He has to get rid of all the guys who don't respect him and wont play his game. All he is looking for is a bunch of submissive sycophants who'll jump when he says jump. These guys are adults(for the most past) and he hasn't had any success lately because he won't treat them as such.

I think GW was right to blitz until the end, we have games to play too and not giving up a td in crunch time means just as much as scoring one. Like matty said, you play until the final gun, and if the other team is trying to score then you try to stop them. Parcells/Gibbs is a rivalry, they have been battling for years so it's tough to smile and make nice when your biggest rival just kicked your teeth in.

What's worse, Dimitri Patterson who intercepted the last pass tried to run it back all the way for a score...LOL...that would've really ticked Parcells off.
