Gibbs does a shoe on the radio each week and usually gibbs supports brunell and gibbs said the reasons of each INT.
what kind of shoe? hightop? timberlands? wing tips?
From watching the game, my observations:
Interception #1-Clearly Cooley's fault
Interception #2-Didn't see it, can't comment
Interception #3-Either the receiver ran the wrong route or Brunell read it wrong, it seemed like Brunell should have held onto the ball though or throw it away

Different each week. He is fond of the "timbs" as they call them; laces untied ofcourse

For all the Brunell "Haters" some quick facts about the INT's in the ARZ game. Listening to Gibbs on his weekly show today on am980 he explained Brunell's INT's.
1. The pass to Cooley on 3rd down bounced off his hands for the INT. I think we all saw that and can't blame Brunell.
2. The 2nd INT was on a play were the WR had two options in the route. Brunell threw to the correct read and the WR ran the wrong option baised on the coverage. If you watch the replay you will notice the ball and the WR went in completely different directions.
3. The 3rd pick a pass to Cooley he improvised the route. He was suppose to run infront of the saftey instead as you saw he drifted behind him. Brunell threw the ball where he was suppose to be.
Im not part of the Brunell Fan Club or anything but I think all the hating is getting old. He's our starter and there will not be change this late in the season. Ramsey is not the awnser. If anything we will see Campbell IF the playoff run ends.
The funny thing is when Ramsey threw the INT against chicago and was yanked the word was he was furious because he made the right throw and the WR made the wrong read and broke the wrong way, Gibbs was hanging him out to dry by using the we can't turn the ball over excuse to switch over to Brunell, he never as far as I know let everyone know that the INT wasen't Patricks fault, if it is in deed the case Ramsey must be boiling right now. :madani:

Maybe Ramsey will end up in Miami with Sage and Gus!?
Brunell has played great for us this season. Turning the ball over very little until this past Sunday. He's had only 5 INT's up until that game. I honestly do think his hand/thumb is hurting him a bit. That's one injury that the press didn't ask Gibbs and that Gibbs didn't address. I think that was probably calculated. This game I bet ya see the bomb before the end of the 4th quarter. With Ramsey or Campbell playing this season our record would be much less in the way of wins and much more in the statistics of INTs. Great post Firstandten. Just surprised certain bandwagoners, haters and mainstream press haven't jumped more on Brunell. Simple fact is as Joe Gibbs has said,"we go with the person who give us the best chance to win".
When oh when can we stop debating the QB position??

Yeah, let's hold off the QB debate till the offseason. Hell, we can spend all spring and summer arguing about Brunell v. Ramsey v. Campbell.
Right now, we got some games we need to win!
