When you stink, you get slammed in these forums, so consequently when you make a good play I suppose I should praise you........GOOD JOB ADE!!! That was a great tackle in a key part of the game, here's to you Ade nice job.

However, just because you finally made a play that doesn't mean I won't be calling for you to be cut again this offseason, it just means you made a nice play.

THE ADE is always capable of being a shut-down corner - why else do you think the coaches would line up one of the best receivers in the league one-on-one with THE ADE?

Maybe because they had no other option? I mean, I guess Rock Cartright coulda tried to cover him.

Redskins cornerback Shawn Springs hyperextended his back early in Sunday's game and later strained his groin, reports the Washington Post. According to Redskins Director of Sports Medicine Bubba Tyer, Springs injured himself trying to reach out to make a play and was hit from behind. Tyer said the injury is not considered overly serious, but he will be examined Monday.

Our View
Springs has 41 tackles and one interception this season. If he's unable to play this week against the Cowboys, Ade Jimoh will likely start.

I think we all can agree that once THE ADE gets into the lineup - he'll be there to stay.

Jimoh played great, 4 tackles and each one was man coverage where the receiver got no YAC. Maybe he's coming around!

At this point I'd rather give Jimoh a shot than see Harris in there.

thing is, he has always been a pretty good tackler, its been his coverage, especially on deep balls, that has been suspect. i am not suprised by the great tackle, but am suprised at the great read he made on the screen to make the play. nice ade!
