The way I see it is that is very beneficial for us if the Eagles get destroyed from here on out. With any luck, our last game in Philly is going to mean something, and it will be a lot easier to win if there are as many Skins fans at Stinkin Financial as there are Smeagol fans. They are the ones who are fairweather.

Fairweather a**holes is what they are.
I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but I distinctly remember their website from earlier this year (around pre-season when the TO debacle was heating up) how they were poking jokes and fun about our losing ways, our fans and how we're not half the organization as they are! They profess to know sooooo much about football and winning, and coaching etc. Four championships later and no rings to show for it!!!
My, how the Mighty have fallen!!!

Did anyone see how empty the stadium was after halftime? They mostly showed up close shots of the stands, but the did a flyby right when they came back after halftime. They couldn't have been much more then 35% full.

There is no way a team can stay on top for long in todays NFL. the Eagles and the Patriots have been on top for years. The time for them to be on top is over.
No need to feel sad or feel sorry for them, it happens to all teams. T.O. or no T.O.; McNabb or no McNabb this team was due to be dropped a notch. Injuries, salary cap it all catches up to you.

I felt bad for them a bit, but not too much, they got what was coming. As for their fans, i couldn't have thought about a nicer christmas present for them.

stupid bandwaggon whores got so much shit today from me. I felt bad yesterday but today i threw stuff at every eagle fan that I know. HAAAAAAA they were so sad. Last year at this time I had to listen to all their bitching and now they have nothing to say. I think they are trying to jump on some other bandwaggons but i think after a while they have grown fond of the eagles and can't betray them. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA What a beautiful day

They reaped what they sowed. They took a gamble on Owens. They knew what they were getting and took the risk. And it worked. They are a super team with Owens AND when healthy.
But Owens is Owens. Having gotten to the Eagles after whining about his free agency - when his agent failed to file the right papers - and when he refused to report to the Ravens - it should have been no surprise how corrosive TO can be whenever he gets in a pout. The Eagles run a first class organization. I admire how they manage their salary cap, their talent level and game plan. Guess they figured they could handle whatever would come. Who knew?
They got what they deserved, but I do feel sorry for the players, especially, McNabb.
This sympathy does not apply to their obnoxious fans!!! :Flush:
