U couldn't even tell Kelsey Grammar is Beast and seeing a fastball special finally on screen is an awesome thing for a comic book dork.

the action and CG were awesome but the plot and dialogue came across like it was written by a highschooler or something. as a comic book geek I'm pretty ticked about a certain plot twist they did and @ times the movie dragged on for what seemed like forever with the prime example that the last 20 or so minutes could have been trimmed down to about 5 or so. I don't feel cheated out of my money but for me it wasn't anything close to reinvigorating the Superman franchise like what Batman Begins did for it's franchise. but the spider-man 3 trailerhttp://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_pictures/spider-man_3/ also helped soften the wound to my wallet cuz that movie looks absolutely amazing.

yeah too bad they didn't put as much effort in the story of the movie as I did using the search engine to locate this thread otherwise it could have atleast been average.

Like I said in another thread, thank God I didn't pay for that movie. It sucked SO bad. There was only like ONE good action scene in the whole thing.

yeah, the plane scene was sweet. the way he saved the day was predictable and the saving the city sequence was way too short. other than that there really wasn't a whole lot of action.

OK, I haven't seen the movie, but the trailers appear to show Superman returning to Earth after visiting his home planet of Krypton.

Didn't Krypton get blown up? Or are they starting the Superman story all over again fresh?

i heard the guy who plays superman is actually homosexual in real life. not that it matters. i just thought that was random and was wondering if its true. anyone heard anythin like this too?
