Good point, but what about Marvin Harrison? Judging from what I see of him on TV and in interviews he seems to be genuinely humble and modest - and maybe the best wr of the last five years.

I was thinking the same thing about Harrison, but it's possible to be humble and confident at the same time.

I am not superstitious (well maybe I am a little bit), but I had a friend of mine who was cleaning out their closet the other day give me an old number "84" Redskins jersey. Of course most of you know this is an old Gary Clark jersey.....anyway, I wore it while watching the Skins Eagles game the other night and it brought us good luck! Maybe I will put it on again and watch the new "84" do some damage on Sunday.

Hell, why don't you just get some pads, we'll fly you to FEDX this Sunday and you take Jacobs place against Oakland!!!

Michael Westbrook had all the tools to be an elite receiver in the same mold as T.O. or Randy Moss, but that amounted to one decent season in the seven he was here. Jacobs is in the same boat. He seems to be missing that final intangible piece that makes an exceptional college player into a good NFL player. At this point, I'd just be happy if he could become a legitimate third option, and pull in 40 catches a year.

He's a better fighter, than football player remember that ass whoopin he put on Davis

Jacob Taylor might be just what the Skins need, another wide receiver threat. I have not been impressed with Patton. His best plays were the two pass interference calls he drew. He has dropped too many passes and even tipped the ball to the opposition. With Taylor's size and speed, he has the opportunity to be an impact player. This might possibly open up the field for Santana Moss and Cooley.

The only thing I can catch is a Cold and a NERF Football!! As far as my Avatar goes.... just throw to Cooley and don't worry about those other guys!

Well David Patten went on IR today so Taylor Jacobs is starting for the rest of the season...looks like we are going to find out once and for all over the next couple months whether or not TJ can play in this league.
