FEDEX Crowd Noise Sunday Night (Merged Thread)JoeRedskin 11-07-2005, 12:54 PM Also (not mine, but I heard it, loved it and repeated it often): "You can't spell TOOL without T.O." Sheriff Gonna Getcha 11-07-2005, 01:23 PM I was at home and I definately heard the "Philly sucks" chants. It sounded loud as hell. SmootSmack 11-07-2005, 01:27 PM It ain't RFK, but I think I'll stop calling, "Fed Ex", "Fed Hex" seeing as we're 4-0 at home this year.... Welcome to the board firstdown 11-07-2005, 01:39 PM At one point after Philly challenged a call it sounded like Philly fans where chanting "replay sucks" and I said something to my buddy about how you could here all the Philly fans. I guess I heard it wrong and it was the skins fans chanting Philly or TO sucks. dblanch66 11-07-2005, 01:59 PM The "Eagles Suck" chant was very clear. Good job to all that were there. We need our home to be a nightmare for opposing teams, like the good ole RFK days. TheMalcolmConnection 11-07-2005, 02:30 PM Yeah, I got so pumped hearing EAGLES SUCK. Warpath 11-07-2005, 02:50 PM I was at the game and yea it was definitely loud. I got up monday morning and rewatched the eintire game as I put it on dvd. You can definitely make out the Philly sucks chant. It was also said that we were 90.928 deep! Thats amazing! Undefeated at home! Thats so great![/IMG] CVN70 11-07-2005, 03:01 PM This is my 2nd year as a season ticket holder and I’m amazed at the difference a year makes at the stadium. I was up in the 422 section and then over in 404 for the 2nd half and was amazed at how rowdy the crowd was. There must have been at least 4 bona fide fights to the point where we had security guards in every aisle. Beer was being thrown, fights were breaking out all over, I even saw a fan grab an Eagles jacket from the back of a seat and throw it over the back wall. I almost felt bad for the Eagles fans there, but was happy to see FedEx starting to creep towards resembling RFK. The walk down the stairwells after the game was out of control also, it was definitely not a friendly environment for the Eagles fans and FedEx is definitely starting to get a little street cred, but I wont be satisfied until after the Dallas game. The “we want Dallas” chants for the past 7 years have been WEAK. We’ll see… FirstandTen 11-07-2005, 03:06 PM This is my 2nd year as a season ticket holder and I’m amazed at the difference a year makes at the stadium. The last thing I want to be on the same level as, is Eagle fan. That being said, we FINALLY have a home feild advantage, people have been crazy ever since Chicago opened the season this year. You could even make the argumetn that the fans won that game. Chicago in FG range, three false starts later, 3rd and 33. |
