LaVar Arrington (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=5031) said he could have handled his benching better, that the coaches were right about his knee injury, and that his relationship with the Washington Redskins (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=was) isn't beyond repair. He even confessed he's had to learn how to run all over again......ESPN.com

It seems everyone coming up with conspiracy theories and bashing GW were well wrong.
He should have come to this conclusion sooner. However, it's tough to step up and admit publicly he was wrong, and I give him props for it! I hope we see the intensity of old he brings to the D. We need him to be all he can be. May be a nice spark to the Defense

He noticed when he was watching game film and the way he was running.

LaVar has showed such maturity in dealing with this situation lately. Once he realized that sulking wasn't going to solve anything, he actually started working and listening. I know that doesn't sound impressive, but in this age of media hyped prima donnas, I'm floored.

One of the thousands of reasons he is the most popular player among the fans here in Redskin country. Can't wait to see #56 back in the starting D!

Where are all the newbies with 56 in their username since he started playing a lot? Weren't they the ones leading the charge against the team and GW in favor of one guy? One guy who has admitted that he was mostly wrong at the time and that those of us who said maybe he just wasn't 100% ready to go seem to have been right. I don't see them around much. Weaklings they are.
