Seriously? How could we NOT get up for this game? This was the biggest game our franchise has played in a good 5 years, and they came out and played like it was like a high school scrimmage. We are playing for our lives next week. If we fall to 4-4, were in trouble.

With a dead owner and playing in NY...of course the giants was gonna win. No team in the NFL has played as bad as the skins today. And everyone knows the skins are better than this. Hell a high school team would have played better. BUT if the suits in the NFL office tells you to blow a game I guess ya better comply.
I'm sure some games are fixed, but this one wasn't. Fixed doesn't explain the shut out. I'm sure had the game been close, the refs would've made the necessary calls to put the game out of reach for us, but it didn't come to that.

If we thought we were a great team after beating S F and needed a loss like this to show us were not, then we are in deep trouble. We are not a good team the giants proved that.No wait we proved that 124 yds against 31st ranked def.We have a long way to go.

Agreed! This is why I felt it was so important for us to have picked up a victory against either Denver or Kansas City when we had the chance. It is always tough for us to win in our division, and this game was a huge step backwards for us. Now, we have to prepare for the Eagles next week, and then division leading Tampa Bay the following week. I believe if we lose next week, we're in trouble.

Maybe we should be asking how could we have matched the Giants' emotion today.
Just wasn't possible, they were playing not only for the division, but for their beloved owner.
Tough task to expect the Skins to match that determination.

Giant's playing with emotion or not, we shouldn't have been as dominated as what we were today.

Well when I think you should take that into account, I dont think you can overlook how flat the Redskins looked. To be completley honest, I was very scared of the Giants this week for that very reason. However, I still think you can't hide the fact that the Redskins just looked like a lost, blind dog out there. Their heads just werent in it.
Of course, I'm not trying to downplay how flat the Skins were, just saying the Giants were riding sky high with emotion and that was a tough thing to match.
