I don't think Lavar's helmet grab was intentional. He just goes all out. Reminds me of another #56...

why do you guys think that all of a sudden lavars playing time increased that much?was it that much of a better practice week or that his punishment was over?i think everyone that follows football would agree, whether you like him or not,he is a playmaker

i think it was increased because griffin went out and we were thin at DT, as well as the 49ers total lack of talent agve a very wide margin for error... but he didn't need it. A thorough showing of why lavar is making money.

He's more that just a playmaker..he makes you change your offensive gameplan...You better account for him ...know where he is at all times...QB's have to always know where he is and they hurry and get rid of the ball.... mobile Qb's really have to worry..Now imagine the ball coming to u in the open field with Lavar 3 yards away are u gonna be stupid enough to catch that balll!!!!! LMAO...also think about this... the redskins now have the 2 biggest hitters in the NFL on the same defense.... Gonna be alot of dropped balls..

You hate to think of our biggest impact player being a villian, but is it me, or does it seem like just about everytime Lavar makes a tackle he hurts somebody?

He is developing a scary reputation. If you guys remember, he basically ended Troy Aikman's career.
Villian..hmmm I remember our coaches telling us knock their QB out of the game....You try to hurt everyone you hit ...thats football...just being honest

I think quite a bit of his re-emergence was our opponent. The Niners aren't an elite team. If LaVar is going to play, and you can't be sure he's going to be where he's supposed to be, let him mess up against a team that is less likely to make you pay.

You gotta check out the photo on redskins.com (photo gallery) for the look on Barlow's (i think) face when LA was closing in on him. Classic pic.
