Pages : [1] 2 3 4 5 hurrykaine 10-16-2005, 05:38 PM Obviously it blows that we lost an immensely winnable game, but we have a great shot of beating San Fran (unless their rookie QB lights us up) and going 4-2 to start the season. I for one would be thrilled - I sure as hell did not think they would be 4-2 when the season began (esp with Ramsey stinking it up in pre-season, and the offensive performance in the first game against Chicago). 4-2 is a good point to make a run for the next part of the season. We will likely lose to the other AFC west teams, but will sweep the NFC west. We just have to focus on beating the Bucs and splitting with the G-men and Eagles. If we can beat the cowboys again, that's 10 games and likely a playoff birth. Daseal 10-16-2005, 05:40 PM If you told me that we'd be 4-2 before the season began I'd be happy. These two losses have REALLY hurt me. While I'll still be happy with the overall record we could be so much better (or for that case we could be 2-4 after that game. However, I had us being 5-1 after the San Fran game (not trying to look ahead, but just for predication sake.) Them felt if we're only able to muster 5 wins the rest of the year, we'd come out at 10-6.
