(Merged Threads) LaVar Arrington and Gregg Williams

Let us put things back in perspective though, honestly, I dont' see Lavar being that much of a difference maker, but if the defense is going to give up big plays each week, then what does it hurt to put Arrington in there and see what he can do?

OF course, then again, we're not seeing what happens in practice, we're not at team meetings, etc... so, it's easy for us to say Play Arrington! And....I'm not going to jump the gun and crap on Gregg Williams. I think he's done a great job with the defense, but it's been rough for our D the past two games.

When Kelli Johnson asked him why not use Lavar, his response was "Can he play Corner? If he can't play corner, then who do you want me to take out from LB and D-line?"

I don't agree with G Williams though, cuz Lavar sure as hell could've done a better job than Philip Daniels at landing a shot on T. Green. There is something seriously personal that the coaching staff has against Lavar.

What are you talking about? He spent over a decade with Houston/Tennessee, three years as head coach in Buffallo then here. That's not exactly "so many teams"

Funny, he speaks highly of you.

I dont care what GW does as long as he gets this god blesssed defense playing better somewhere. I dont care if its LaVar, sending them out on a sex boat, ANYTHING, this defense cant be giving up these types of plays.

We need to get better by shutting out the niners. get the confidence back. win 28-3 or 0 something.
