We shot ourselves in the foot with this one. The first turnover wasn't Brunell's fault necessarily, but the other two turnovers should've never happened. Turnovers and stupid penalities. Also the early calls were disgusting particularly the 4th down conversion spot. I'd also like to have seen Arrington on the field on long 3rd downs.... Damn it! One we should have won. Honestly, he just doesn't belong on the defense. He might be a decent special teams guy, but he either gets beat or he commits the pass interference. We need Springs back in a huge way. Not that I enjoy winning that way, but it is possible. not sure of the % number but its something crazy like 10 % of the time you win with 3 or more T.O. s mooby 10-16-2005, 07:04 PM well for sure this wasn't one of those times. fucking jared allen, i'll give him his credit, he's a great player, but chris samuels isn't getting paid a shitload of money to have his ass handed to him on a silver platter. a lot of things killed us in this one, but the thing that concerns me is the fact that our defense is giving up big plays, and it's killing us. it killed us last week vs. denver and it killed us in this one too.
