Anyone see this at the end of the MNF game? Doesn't look good. Hopefully its more mild than it looked. If he's down for a while and Maddox remains hurt the Steelers season could end up much different with Charlie Batch under center.

yeah i saw that. if he's out for a long period of time, i'd pretty much say there goes the steeler's season, i don't see charlie batch being a qb that could lead them to the playoffs.

Don't they still have Maddox?

It looked like he hyperextended it. Probably looked worse than it actually is. The kid's tough.

Charlie "Fumbles" Batch is the #2 quarterback in Pitt. Hopefully for them, Rothlesbergers injury isn't too serious. From what I heard this morning, it's a hyperextension.

Looks like Big Ben might play (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2187451) next Sunday

meh i didn't think it looked to bad, to piss my steeler friend off i called ben a drama queen....it worked. Good thing he is ok though, he has a lot of talent, that and he is on my fantasy team, only TDs no INTs

I was at the game last night a14 rows up from where Ben got hurt. Rothlesberger looked ok not long after the play. It looked pretty scary at first though. My first thought was Joe Theismann's injury. Thank god for Big Ben it wasn't even close to that bad.
