There are two different types of officiating:
Type A: Standard Officiating - where the officials call the game as clean and fair as possible, even reviewing the rule book before the game and confering at midfield regularly on calls that are even slightly questionable.
Type B: Redskin Officiating - where the officials take the day off and hire local drifters from shelters. After a bath, shave and heroin injection they are given a 'football primer' on 989 Sports' Gameday 2000 on the original PlayStation and encouraged to "throw the pretty yellow flag when the team in maroon does something and people cheer."
