He sent me what their Carolina contact said in an email: "Gardner is a moron. He is a 'friendly fucking idiot'. If you cannot pick up the Panthers' playbook as a receiver you are a fucking idiot. Plain and simple. Gardner is so difficult to understand when you interview him you have to adlib to even have a quote to use. We never usually share interviews between reporters, but you have to with Gardner because he cannot speak English."
