BigSKINBauer 10-04-2005, 06:38 PM IF anything we are in as good as a position that we could hope for, i agree that this is the time to put up or shutup interms of these next couple weeks. If we split these next two you can call me a happy man but we don't have any reason not to hope for 2 wins. We are 3-0, we are undefeated, we are supposed to be better, lets put up during the denver game and shut down all this bad talk about the skins. This is our week and i am looking forward to being the "worst 4-0 team in NFL history" and come game 6 we are gonna be bush league again and again game 8. We have to win no excuses, we have to win. We have a hell of a chance to be 5-1, we got to do it. The skins play to win and i will be aiming for a 6-0 start hell we could be aiming 16-0 but we got to do it now because this is the best chance we have had for a long long time. The time is now

I have mixed emotions on this, actually.
Beer in schools, that is.
mooby 10-04-2005, 08:18 PM We have the best players in football the best running back the best owner and th best stadium and the best collection of coaches in the NFL... Mr Snyder is the best OWNER in sports he wants to win... He cant do anymore so 3-0 congrats ..its time to put up or shutup... NO More excuses...No more shit from dallas or faggot eagles fans SKINS back on top at least playoffs or clean house...but good start...
wow. don't get so sure of yourself. let's look at your post shall we?
we have the best players in football
not at all. there are plenty of better players in the league right now. while they do have plenty of heart and moxie, and whatever you want to call it, they aren't the best at their positions. so far, they've gotten the job done.
the best running back
not ever. try not being such a homer next time. while it's okay to be a little optimistic, portis isn't the best running back in football right now. have you ever heard of ladainian tomlinson?
the best stadium
i'd say biggest, and while so far it's living up to the rep of say, rfk, it won't be that way for long if we start losing. we do have h.f. advantage to a certain extent, but we have to be consistent in that aspect if we want recognition as a tough place to play.
best collection of coaches
i'll agree with you to a certain extent right now. we do have a top rate coaching staff, that if it has the right talent and personnel, it can get the job done. but it will take a couple winning seasons before people start acknowledging joe gibbs.
Mr. Snyder is the best owner in sports
no. not at all. don't ever say that again. while he looks good right now, we're only 4 weeks into the season, therefore it's too early to call him the best. that statement made you sound like you've forgotten all the other years he's been owner.
no more shit from dallas or eagles fans
hahahahaha. that made me laugh. they will never stop trying, just like we will never stop trying. we haven't even beaten philly yet, so stop before you start a controversy with their fans. we'd have to consistently win games against them for a little respect from whatever knowledgable fans they have.
TheMalcolmConnection 10-04-2005, 08:33 PM Wow mooby. That was very uncharacteristic of you.
skinsfan0201 10-04-2005, 09:20 PM wow. don't get so sure of yourself. let's look at your post shall we?

Mooby what you said makes a lot of sense, but it is ok to be a little more optimistic than normal being that we have won three consecutive games since the beginning of the season for the first time since 1991, the last time Coach Gibbs was our coach.
SUNRA 10-04-2005, 09:36 PM I see your point and I think Gibbs is not going to stop until this offense is a superior threat within our division and evetually across the board. This game against the Broncos is significantly important for the simple reason that I can't recall the last time we beat a AFC team. The Patriots maybe?
mooby 10-04-2005, 11:11 PM Wow mooby. That was very uncharacteristic of you.
it's been a bit of a bad day for me. i was a bit angry when i wrote that, but i'm calm now.

Well i live in pa...its all eagles fans and the rest are cowboy's fans losing isnt an option anymore I battle with them all year nasty fights lol i havent had much ammuntion in the past few years ...and u dont need a reason to get poop from them...but i faithfully wore my skins cap after every loss proudly and i ate alot of shit...i want them to start eating it now ..i bet they dont wear their gear after a loss...

he puts his money where his mouth is unlike any other owner ... he has made alot of improvements to that stadium...if they didnt win it wasnt from not getting what they wanted.
