He has worked his ass off to revive our previously dead skins. His efforts are beginning to have an affect on the team and the media as a whole. Eyebrows are being raised skins052bgr8 10-03-2005, 03:39 PM I can sit here and Question the playcalling all day, but what Gibbs has done with the mentality of the team, the coaching staff he assembled and maintained, and the getting rid of players who do not want to be a part of a turn around. Gibbs and this team deserve to be recognized and I say this because it has been a long time since I have felt this good 4 weeks into the season, and by the sounds and turn out at the games I think if anything Gibbs has brought back the fans and reclaimed Fed Ex field as home field advantage and we are in a position to win every game. He even had the U for the most part in all off-season work to get us to where we are now. Turning the Redskins around is not a easy job. Gibbs is a true 1st class Hall of Fame coach.
