Thanks for the post in spite of its hideousness.

I actually don't think it is that bad. Noble and Bowen are probably not going to be on the team next year (and they are in the last year of their contracts) and Ramsey will likely be traded. That is an additional 8 mill. off of next year's cap, which would bring us down to around 95 - which is getting pretty close!

The dead cap room for this year is pretty gross, but they've managed to find a way to make it work.

I still can't believe LeVarr is getting 10 million next year. That is really just bizarre.

Could Lavar be traded after this season?
I truly hope he ends up healthy starting midseason, but I must admit Holdman is holding down the fort.
Imagine a fully healthy Arrington coming on strong the second half of the season!!!
Hopefully he'll be a career Redskin. But I said the same about Smoot and Bailey...and Davis and Coles...

Without looking I can gurantee that Arrington is untradable. I can only imagine the cap hit we'd take on that one.

That's great work. What's really good news is that next year is the worst year, and then it gets progressively better. Do you think Samuels and Arrington would restructure their salaries again to make things better off next year? That's really the only way it's going to work (ie, signing new free agents, etc.).

I can pretty much Guarantee we can hide about 6.5M, if Arrington still has the same agent

True. Although Arrington's cap numbers are ugly enough as it is, imagine if we had to stick another $6.5M in there.
