The guy who caught Barry Bonds's 660 HR ball, and gave it to Barry - no strings attached - also caught 661.
A) Karma exists.
B) The Powerball is up to 65 Million. Ask him what his favorite numbers are.

Oh I am sure he will get something in return. Season tickets, locker room visits, autographed stuff etc. It is nice to see someone not interested in the money. Besides what would the ball be worth. I would think that if he ever needed anything from Bonds, Bonds would help out.

I dont think the ball would have gone for much, the last homer that he hits will be worth something. Thats amazing that he gave up the ball. I know this is an old post but I didnt hear about that before. Well since then hes wacked a bunch more out. The ball the breaks Ruths record should bring a few dollars though.

The only value is in the eyes of the beholder. I'd love to have a ball from an NFL game where the Redskins have won, obviously I'd prefer a Super Bowl ball. Top of my list though is what they do in hockey, which is game worn jerseys with certificates of authenticity and even blood if you're really lucky.

haha, I wonder what QBs jersyes with blood on them would go for after Lavar knocked them out. It must suck to be the people that paid all the money for the McGuire balls.
