i think they will go after quincy carter or testaverde. both already know the system and they won't cost anything more than the money.. maybe in the off season. but i would be suprised if it happend now.According to Sportings News this morning they are passing on Testeverde right now. They have brought in Quinn (from chicago last year), Doug Johnson and Jesse "The Bachelor" Palmer. Something tells me they aren't done considering it is a distinct possibility all of those guys are the same person using a bunch aliases. They are in trouble for sure. When you're hoping Fiedler can come back soon and save your season you have serious issues.

Of course Sporting News is talking about how the Pack might trade GB to a team in the AFC (Ravens,Miami,Jets). They did mention that the Jets ought to go after Ramsey.

John Clayton just said on ESPN radio that even if they looked at Ramsey, they wouldn't give more than a 4th round pick. Sigh.

No not really especially because your assesment is based on opinion and not actual fact. SUNRA I just think that you are way too negative on certain topics. I enjoy your commentary on somethings but I am just disappointed in your overall assessment of this situation and never thought that it was fair or carefully thought through. That is all. :)

he has based it on facts, and he's allowed to his opinion, sorry if you're not comfortable with that. He's stated why in a bunch of posts, i don't see why he should be forced to repeat them every single time it comes up.

Human nature my friend, human nature.....

What's funny is some of us were calling Gibbs a hypocrite a little over two weeks ago. I wonder how many of those fans are now endorsing a Ramsey trade.

I don't think it's hypocritical, i believe it's just a realization that Ramsey is not going to be the starting qb for the Washington Redskins. In that case, his value is more as a potential trade than as a back up. I don't think it represents a change in loyalty or even thinking, it's just accepting the situation as what it is. Brunell will be the starter here, period, so we know that PR's days are numbered. Being a realist, if he's gone anyway, why not deal him when his value is highest? Too many "I told you so's..." lately.

If that's the case Ramsey isn't going anywhere
