I believe that this game is a deciding factor of how the rest of the season is going to be played out. I said it during preseason, and I am saying it now. Beating the Cowboys is going to give this team the much needed boost to get a sluggish offense rolling, and to hopefully allow this team to string together a decent win streak. We've accomplished much already. We've beaten Dallas at Dallas, we've gotten off to a very good start, and we have done something we couldn't do last year....win back to back games! Tell me that means nothing to you or the team.

I hope this was the lift they needed. They should savor this victory for a few days, get healthy and then get back to work. Seattle isn't going to roll over for the Skins.

Last year we lost many games by three and seven. This win turns the table if you will. Get into your psyche, that there's a new day in D.C. It's amazing how 3 minutes can change your future.

I agree with you guys. This has thrusted the team into confidence and unity. They bonded incredibly with last nights come from behind win. It boosted their moral, and rewarded their effort wich re-assures them that if they continue to work hard, give total effort, and never give up that they can be successful. They learned a lot last night and I think now they have confidence in each other. The biggest thing I heard in the locker room after the game (post game shows) was a sense of team unity.
Last night was a blessing. I agree with what Mark Brunell said, "Hopefully this will launch us into the rest of the season." I believe it will. I also agree with Joe Gibbs, "I'm thankful the lord let us experience this." My feeling is this win has put us over the top and now is the time that Joe Gibbs' Redskins return to glory is taking flight. It all began last night.
I BELIEVE!

I hope it helps. I can't start making SB predictions till after the chiefs game though... the next 3 games are going to be pretty harsh, but after that we should know pretty much how the year's going to play out (either we can hang with the top teams or we can't).

'In Gibbs We Trust' read the sign my brother made last season that we took to the games. This season is was flying in the parking lot. I've always believed in Gibbs. He is a good person, hardworker and a people person. Players tend to give more to him than say a Spurrier. Hopefully this will be a turning point for our team, but even if it's not you can't argue with the lord blessing us with the return of Joe Gibbs and him beating Dallas at home with all of the unsurmountable odds and statistics hovering. Having said that I still think a good run this season is possible. Maybe the NFL will have a strike!?!?

Im as happy as anyone that the skins are 2-0. Gotta get real tho. 2 touchdowns in 2 games. And from what the networks reported those two long passes monday wasnt gibbs idea it was mosses. Dont care if it was jerry jones idea im glad we won but its still a bit scary. You watch ANY other team and passing the ball around looks so easy. And it should be at times. It boggles the mind why an nfl team especially with gibbs cant move the ball more. Even teams that arent supposed to win this year are throwing all over the place. Thats football, Thats what you do.
