Does anyone know if this guy was fined by the NFL for the hit on Ramsey? I know some would like to reward him as Brunnel is the starter but was he fined?

i find this very ridiculous. they fined chad lavalais 7500 for helmet hit on mcnabb in the falcons - eagles game, yet they totally ignore it when a qb gets pulled down by his neck in a clothesline.

Yeah, that play looks vicious! He certainly should have been fined.

If one of our guys did that there would be a heavy fine waiting for him!!!

wtf he seriously could have been really injured. Stupid Refs, that was not a fumble, it was a 15 yarder and a garanteed 3 points. My first reaction is that they hate us and if Lavar had done that he would be fined like crazy but then again the league can't do that?
I think everyone agrees that was worthy of a fine, I am gonna be really pissed if he really doesn't get a fine. Is it possible he got one but no one felt it was worthy to report it?

Well, the hit was brutal, but I don't think there is a rule prohibiting clothseline tackles.. Personally I think a fine should be forthcoming, but that may be why we haven't seen or heard anything about a fine..

But there is a rule about blows to the QB's head. IF he wasn't aiming for the head, WTF was he aiming for?

wouldn't that be admitting a big mistake by the officials?
